We deliver AUSTRALIA WIDE via Australia Post, offer FREE in-store pickup and FREE DELIVERY within the Macedon Ranges (FREE DELIVERY via phone order only 03 5427 4500). 

Each item is carefully packaged in high quality cartons and protective packaging is used to ensure safe delivery.

Please allow up to two business days for your order to be processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Once your order is dispatched you will be provided with a tracking number.

We’ve worked hard to try and find the most reliable, cost effective delivery options within Australia.

If for any reason your delivery experience is not up to scratch, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right!

PRODUCT RETURNS

In the odd event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

We require a photo of the damaged item to be emailed to us at hello@pestle.com.au so that we can arrange for a full refund, return or replacement.

Items damaged due to wear and tear or customer mishandling will NOT be replaced.

 

If you believe you have received a faulty product (due to manufacturer fault), please contact us so we can review, supply a Return Authorisation (RA) number and arrange return postage.

If you would like to return your item due to change of mind, you must contact us within 14 days of order, and provide proof of purchase. Returns due to change of mind must be returned at the purchasers cost, and in original sale condition.

No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorisation number (provided by Mort & Pestle HQ).
