Q: What payment options do you accept?

Q: What shipping options do you have?

A: We’ve worked hard to try and find the most reliable, cost-effective delivery options within Australia.

We currently ship domestically (within Australia) using Australia Post.

We also offer FREE IN-STORE PICK UP during business hours (pick up is from our store at 2/130 High St, Woodend VICTORIA 3442)

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: We offer flat rate shipping that is capped at $10 Australia wide. We offer free shipping for ALL Domestic orders over $150.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours and delivery to most locations in AUSTRALIA is within 7-10 days.  Check out our DELIVERY PAGE for more details & info on delivery times.

Q: I need something fast. Can you arrange for express delivery?

A: Find what you’d like to order on our site, call us on (03) 5427 4500 and ask for a quote for priority postage.

Q: Can you deliver to PO Boxes?

A: Yes, Australia Post can deliver safely to all PO Boxes Australia Wide!

Q: I may not be home to accept/sign for my delivery?, what can I do?

A: At the checkout, you have the option to select a Signature On Delivery shipping option for an additional $2.95 ($12.95 total). Alternatively, if you would like the courier to leave your items in a safe spot please leave your instructions in the comment section at checkout.

Q: How are orders packaged?

A: We understand what it's like to be excited about your new purchase, only to find that it arrives with the corners crushed in or even worse, the items damaged or bent out of shape!.

We package all of our items securely in a custom made protective packaging to ensure there is no damage to your precious items and work with freight providers who are proven to take special care of your items.

If for any reason your item does not arrive in good condition, please contact us and we'll do our very best to rectify the issue. You can find more info on our RETURNS PAGE.

Q: What do I do if there is an issue with my order or I would like to return it?

Q: Will I receive order confirmation, receipt and tracking details?

A: Yes, you will receive an order confirmation and receipt as soon as your order is placed. You can also select the option (at checkout) to have a printed invoice included with the package.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification and tracking details which you can monitor via https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search. Australia Post will offer you direct shipment customer support and updates every step of the way!

Q: The item I am after is SOLD OUT, will you be getting this back in stock?

A: Most likely, yes. We will only usually allow items to be visible on-line that are in our regular stock cycle. If it is sold out (and there is no pre-order option) you can ask to be notified when it becomes re-available! (simply click the button on the product page).

Q: I was in the middle of placing an order and something happened to my computer! How can I tell if my order went through?

A: If you’re having a few technical troubles, just call us on (03) 5427 4500 and we’ll help you through the ordering process!

Q: Do you offer a Gift Wrapping Service?

A: Absolutely! If you would like any of your items gift wrapped simply leave instructions in the comment section of the check-out.
